At TRL Handmade Furniture, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your bespoke pieces. If your furniture isn't a perfect fit for your home, our streamlined return process ensures a fair resolution within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and photos of the item to begin the return or exchange authorization process.

  Prepare for Collection

  Ensure the furniture is safely repackaged in its original protective wrapping to prevent any damage during the transit back to our workshop.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once approved, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture couriers to schedule a convenient time to collect the item from your residence.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our artisans inspect the returned piece to verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
